How We Work Together
I do not believe in overly formal meetings in stiff boardrooms. I prefer honest conversations where everyone feels comfortable, whether that is over coffee, a video call, or in your office. What matters is the clarity we create.
For change initiatives, I may speak one-on-one with affected team members at different levels to surface reality, align goals, and inform decisions. For coaching and advisory work, we keep it focused and lightweight so you get value quickly.
I work remotely or locally in Christchurch, New Zealand. I can also work with you in Spanish if preferred.
Engagement models
- Advisory Sessions: Focused 3-hour sessions to tackle pressing issues or opportunities.
From $AUD 1,200 per session (or $NZD 1,300). - Strategic Consulting: Hourly support for urgent or precise challenges.
From $AUD 400 per hour (or $NZD 450). - Strategic Projects: Defined scope, practical delivery, and measurable outcomes.
From $AUD 8,000 per project (or $NZD 8,800). - Ongoing Partnership: A light retainer for leaders who prefer regular check-ins and accountability. Includes up to 10 hours of advisory per month (additional time billed separately).
From $AUD 4,500 per month (or $NZD 5,000). - Connector Pathway: Access to trusted partners when the best solution sits outside my lane. BPO staffing from as little as USD $20,000 per year, plus other solutions as needed.
